Recording Additional Difficulties in BCS
Following a presentation by Jayne Inscoe at the 2008 BCS User Group meeting it was proposed that the recording of Additional Difficulties in BCS be reviewed.
A protocol for recording additional difficulties should be developed and circulated among all BCS users responsible for this data.
A new field Confirmed/Unconfirmed is to be added to the form.
The list of additional difficulites should remain the same across all centres.
