BAHA Database

Request for BAHA Database

The BAHA database was developed in conjunction with The Ear Foundation, Cochlear Europe and Oticon Medical.

The purpose of the BAHA database is to enable centres in the UK to collect basic anonymised data. The data is then sent to The Ear Foundation who collate the data to provide a national resource.

UK Centres wishing to participate can complete the form to register to receive the BAHA database.

The software will normally be sent to you on a disk, by mail.
